We provide same day delivery for all orders until cutoff time of 3:00 P.M in the recipient's time zone; contact us for orders past cutoff time as we will do our best to accommodate you.  We begin deliveries shortly after the retail store opens.

Standard Delivery

We guarantee delivery of your order prior to 5:00 P.M for business, 3:00 P.M for schools, or 7:00 P.M for residential and 30 minutes prior to service, viewing or event. We will make every effort to accommodate special timed delivery requests noted on the Special Instruction during checkout.

Express Delivery

We guarantee delivery of your order within 3 hours from the time the order is processed for same day delivery or within 3 hours form the time our retail store opens for orders with next day or future delivery date. With Express Delivery you can also choose to specify any 3 hour delivery window at any time during our retail store hours. The 3 hour delivery window time must be clearly noted on the Special Instruction during checkout.  Please call us for special orders with less than 3 hour delivery window.  Express Delivery is subject to additional delivery charge beyond the Standard Delivery charge.

Hand-Delivery

All orders are crafted by skilled floral designers and hand-delivered by our professional drivers directly to the recipient providing the most amazing experience.  We hand-deliver smile.
